These no bake peanut butter candies are the perfect treat to give your kids. They’re filled with healthy fats and carbs, and will satisfy their sweet tooth while not giving them a sugar crash. We all know there are a ton of treats this time of year, so why not make a few healthy ones to give to our kids.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large pot, add your white chocolate chips, peanut butter, peanuts, and oats. Cover it with the top and place on the stove on low heat. Let it melt him mixed together for about 45 minutes to an hour. The mixture should be thick and creamy when it’s all finished.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, scoop a cookie size drop of the mix on parchment paper. Place in the fridge and let it harden.
  3. While the cookies are hardening, melt your chocolate if you were dipping them. They are good without dipping them in chocolate however, chocolate and peanut butter is a delicious combo.
  4. Dip halfway in chocolate, place back in the fridge to harden and enjoy.
