Orange Chicken Bowls

Ingredients
- 111 Mandarin Orange Chicken - Trader Joe's
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 111 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 111 Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic
- 111 Broccoli Slaw, bag
- 1/2-1 Tbsp1/2-1 Tbsp1/2-1 Tbsp Umami Seasoning - Trader Joe's
- 1-3 Tbsp1-3 Tbsp1-3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 444 Green Onion (Scallion), sliced

- Cook the chicken according to package instructions.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat the sesame oil in a medium sized skillet. Then add the red pepper and onion, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they begin to soften.
- Add the garlic and broccoli slaw. Cover and continue cooking for about 2 minutes or until the slaw just begins to soften.
- Add the umami seasoning and coconut aminos and toss, continuing to cook for 2-3 more minutes - you want the flavors to infuse but not for the slaw to become mushy.
- When the chicken is finished, heat the sauce in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and sesame seeds and toss to coat. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce begins to caramelize.
- Divide the broccoli mixture between bowls and top with the orange chicken, more sesame seeds, and green onion.
