  1. Cook the chicken according to package instructions.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, heat the sesame oil in a medium sized skillet. Then add the red pepper and onion, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the garlic and broccoli slaw. Cover and continue cooking for about 2 minutes or until the slaw just begins to soften.
  4. Add the umami seasoning and coconut aminos and toss, continuing to cook for 2-3 more minutes - you want the flavors to infuse but not for the slaw to become mushy.
  5. When the chicken is finished, heat the sauce in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and sesame seeds and toss to coat. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce begins to caramelize.
  6. Divide the broccoli mixture between bowls and top with the orange chicken, more sesame seeds, and green onion.
