This Zesty and sweet orange cranberry bread topped with an orange glaze is a must add to your holiday baking list! Gluten free and can easily be made dairy free, too!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a small whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together
  3. In a separate small bowl combine orange juice, zest, and milk
  4. In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream butter and sugar together. Then add eggs and mix again until combined
  5. Alternately add the flour & juice mixture to your large bowl until just combined
  6. Coat cranberries in a little bit of flour to fully coat, then fold those into the batter
  7. Pour into loaf tin and bake for 45-50 min until golden on top
  8. Allow to cool 10 min in the pan, then remove and place on cooling rack
  9. Make glaze by combing ingredients together until drippy, adding juice to your desired consistency
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

You can store the loaf or some of it in the freezer prior to adding the glaze. Let thaw under refrigeration
