- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Rice, Jasmine, or white rice of choice

- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Bone Broth

- In a heated frying pan, add the chicken and season with spices.
- Sear on all sides for 3-4 minutes until browned. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 325u00ba
