Oven-Baked Chicken with Rice and Fruit
Dinner has never been simpler with this oven baked chicken with rice and fruit. Minimal effort, maximum flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Whole Chicken, large, cut into 8 pieces
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Peaches, (1 can)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Canned Cherries, (1 can)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Jasmine Rice, or white rice of choice
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Bone Broth

- In a heated frying pan, add the chicken and season with spices.
- Sear on all sides for 3-4 minutes until browned. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 325u00ba
- Cook your rice as desired in bone broth or with water.
- Add the rice to a baking dish, then place the chicken parts around the rice.
- Add the canned cherries and canned peaches around the chicken and the rice, pouring the juices over the rice and chicken as well.
- Bake the chicken for 45 minutes.
