Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with a nonstick spray.
  2. Cut Your acorn in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. Once your seeds are removed take a misto and lightly spray the inside of the acorn squash or you can also use a basting brush to spread the oil around as well.
  4. Next place 2 Tbsp of butter into each rounded out part of the acorn squash.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar over each half of the squash.
  6. Lightly drizzle with maple syrup both halves of the acorn squash.
  7. Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Test the doneness with a fork.
  8. Serve and enjoy!!
