Process

  1. Combine the oats, almond milk, maple syrup and chia seeds in a small bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add the yogurt and fold in until well combined.
  3. Place in the fridge and allow to thicken overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir well again. You can either serve this cold, or warm it up on the stove. Top with fresh berries!
