Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. MELT chocolate in a small pot over low heat on the stove, stirring continuously. Melt until nice and smooth, about 2-4 minutes, depending on the size of chocolate chips or hunks
  2. ADD into the pot 1 cup mix-ins of choice. Stir until well combined.
  3. SPREAD on a small baking sheet or dish lined with parchment that will fit in your freezer. Sprinkle with salt (optional).
  4. FREEZE for 10 minutes or until solid. Break into pieces and store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

My favorite combination lately is dried unsweetened cranberries, almonds, and coconut flakes. But, have fun with all the possibilities! Some ideas: dried fruit, coconut flakes, nuts of all varieties, seeds, freeze-dried fruit, trail mix, or crushed up cookies.
