These Paleo Vegan Dirt Pudding Cups are simple to make and such a fun treat. Creamy chocolate pudding topped with chocolate cookie crumbs and finished with gummy worms. They are gluten free, dairy free, and naturally sweetened.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a high powered blender or food processor add the sweet potato, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and water. Blend until completely smooth. Spoon evenly into 2 small jars.
  2. Top each jar with cookie crumbs. Cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour to chill, but up to a week. Before serving, add a few gummy worms on top.
