Parent Trap Sourdough
Have you found yourself bored with regular sourdough? If so, it’s time to get creative. This sourdough recipe is fun and delicious!
Ingredients
- 65 grams65 grams65 grams Homemade Sourdough Starter
- 365 grams365 grams365 grams Water
- 500 grams500 grams500 grams Bread Flour
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 10 grams10 grams10 grams Himalayan Pink Salt
- 10 - 8 whole10 - 8 whole10 - 8 whole Original Oreo
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the Oreos and peanut butter.
- Cover it with a clean dish towel and let sit for 30 min. Flatten the dough out on a floured surface. Spread the peanut butter over the dough and sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Start to knead the toppings throughout the dough by folding back and forth. Disperse them as much as you can. As you fold, add more peanut butter to the dough.
- Cover and let sit for 12 hours on your counter. It will double in size.
- Cold proof it in your fridge for 2 hours or until the dough is cold to shape.
- Place in a covered Dutch oven with parchment paper on the bottom at 450 for 25 min covered and 20 min uncovered.
- Cut and enjoy!
