Every kid loves something with chocolate. The key is to making something taste unhealthy, but it’s really packed with all the good stuff. These superfood brownie bites are just that. They’re made with wholesome ingredients and so good for your kiddos. However, they will never know that!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a blender, add your egg, avocado and zucchini. Blend together until it becomes creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir until your batter forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into the mini muffin pan and place in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
