Passionfruit Cocktail
Passionfruit (Liliko’i) is one of my favorite fruits in Hawai’i. When they are in season I’m so happy. This fresh and tropical cocktail tastes like you are sitting on a white sand beach with your toes in the sand. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz Rum, white rum is best
- .75 fl oz.75 fl oz.75 fl oz Cointreau
- .75 fl oz.75 fl oz.75 fl oz Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup - Portland Syrups

- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Orange Bitters - Portland Syrups, use 3-4 dashes

- 6 fl oz6 fl oz6 fl oz Sparkling Water, San Pellegrino
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Passion Fruit, if available
