These cookies are super fast to make and loaded with fall flavors of maple, caramel, almonds, and cinnamon. Georgia Grinders created the most amazing maple caramel almond butter, I had to create a perfect cookie to showcase the flavors. Hope you enjoy.

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and stir until blended.
  4. Using a medium ice cream scoop place 8 cookies on sheet about 3” apart.
  5. Slightly press the balls down using the backside of a measuring cup, until they are about 1/2” thick.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool for 6-8 minutes before moving.

Notes

You can use regular almond butter if you don’t have maple caramel, but if you have a chance to use this flavor definitely try it. You can add 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips if you like.
