- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Water, warm *to thin the dressing
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, can sub honey

- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the walnuts for 3 minutes until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
- In the same skillet, spray a light coat of non-stick baking spray over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus pieces and corn kernels. Cook for 3–5 minutes without stirring too much, allowing the corn and asparagus to pick up light char marks and tender-crisp texture. Season with a small pinch of salt and pepper, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl or jar, vigorously whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, warm water, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.
- In a large salad bowl, toss the greens and chopped basil with half of the dressing. Top with the sliced peaches, charred corn and asparagus, thin red onion, toasted walnuts, and goat cheese.
