  1. Slice each cored nectarine half into quarters and place in a bowl.
  2. Place sliced and pitted cherries in bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, honey maple syrup, and oats.
  4. Mix ingredients.
  5. Grease an oven safe or cast iron pan with avocado oil.
  6. Add mixture to pan.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Top with mint and ice cream or yogurt of choice.
  9. For added sweetness, add additional @treehive honey maple on top.
