Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend nuts and coconut in a food processor until mixture is crumbly and similar in size. You can blend it a little more for not as much texture. Pour into a large bowl and add salt and flax meal.
  2. Melt the almond butter and coconut oil together until smooth. Add in the maple syrup and dried Montmorency tart cherries and stir. Pour over the dry mixture and mix well. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Roll into 1 tablespoon balls. Store in the fridge.
  3. Makes 27 bites
