Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Energy Balls (EASY!)
These little energy balls take almost no time to make and store amazingly well in the freezer. I highly recommend flash freezing them and storing them in an air tight contained for whenever your cravings hit. Feel free to customize this recipe with the addition of chia seeds, quinoa, flax seeds, etc!

- Scoop out 1tsp of the mixture using a cookie scooper for best results
- Roll into balls with clean hands (it gets a bit messy here)

- Repeat the process until the mixture is finished
- Place your tray into the freezer for about 10min to flash freeze them
- Store in an airtight container for best results
Notes
Remove them from the freezer a few minutes before you want to enjoy them so they have time to thaw. My brothers enjoy bringing these for snacks in their lunch! The energy balls are thawed out when they get to school, making this the best snack ever!
