These fudge bites are gluten-free, easy to make, and perfect for a quick energy boost or dessert.

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Peanuts, chopped

- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the coconut flour and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or tray, then press them slightly to form mini fudge rounds. Or use a mini muffin tray.
- Melt the hazelnut butter and chocolate together and place a small dollop on each fudge bite, spreading it gently on top.
- Place the bites in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
