  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the coconut flour and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or tray, then press them slightly to form mini fudge rounds. Or use a mini muffin tray.
  5. Melt the hazelnut butter and chocolate together and place a small dollop on each fudge bite, spreading it gently on top.
  6. Place the bites in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
