Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add pecans, oats, dates, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until crumbly.
  2. Add nut butter, and vanilla. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
  3. If too dry → add 1 tsp water or a little extra nut butter.
  4. If too wet → add a bit more protein powder or oats.
  5. Use your hands to roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
  7. Dip in chocolate:
  8. Melt chocolate + coconut oil until smooth.
  9. Dip each ball, letting excess drip off, then place back on parchment.
  10. Chill 10 more minutes to harden.
  11. Drizzle extra chocolate on top or sprinkle with crushed pecans.
