Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add pecans, oats, dates, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until crumbly.
- Add nut butter, and vanilla. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- If too dry → add 1 tsp water or a little extra nut butter.
- If too wet → add a bit more protein powder or oats.
- Use your hands to roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Dip in chocolate:
- Melt chocolate + coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball, letting excess drip off, then place back on parchment.
- Chill 10 more minutes to harden.
- Drizzle extra chocolate on top or sprinkle with crushed pecans.
