Pecan Pie Truffles (Edit recipe)

Pecan Pie but made into Truffles! These pecan pie truffles are my take on the classic pecan pie but 100x easier. They're refined sugar-free (sweetened with dates) and coated in 100% dark chocolate. If you're a lover of pecan pie, then you have to make these pecan pie truffles. Store them in your freezer for that late-night snacking!

  1. Blend the dates, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt in a food process until the dates form a thick dough.
  2. Add the chopped pecans and process again.
  3. Scrap down the sides and then add the almond flour.
  4. Take about 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll it into balls.
  5. Melt chocolate. Dip the pecan pie balls into the chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top and place in freezer until chocolate sets and is hard.
