this is my kind of avocado toast: gluten-free, protein-packed, blood-sugar–friendly, & loaded with functional superfoods 🥑✨
I’m obsessed with a good poke bowl — think sesame-seared ahi tuna, sweet pops of fruit, crunchy veggies, & all the umami toppings — so naturally it had to land on toast 😌
creamy avocado + seared ahi as the base, piled high with poke-inspired toppings for texture, freshness, & flavor in every bite.
finished with a spicy wasabi greek-yogurt drizzle that brings the heat & keeps it high-protein + creamy 🤌

- first add bread to a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to “toast” bottom of bread.
- follow my recipe for seared ahi tuna, let rest then slice or dice - your preference!
- in a bowl, combine all ingredients for greek yogurt wasabi dressing.
- to build toast, remove toast from skillet then layer on: mashed avocado → seared ahi tuna → any toppings you like → finish with a drizzle of greek yogurt wasabi dressing.
