Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl with Canned Tuna Recipe (Gluten free)
This delicious spicy tuna poke bowl is perfect for busy weeknights! It is made on a regular basis in my house! It is packed with so much flavor and is even a great quick lunch. All you need is canned tuna, fresh vegetables and white rice!This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and nut free. I've been creating gluten free, dairy free and nut free recipes for years and this one is hands down one of my favorites!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Jasmine Rice, cooked, or preferred variety of rice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Canned Tuna, 5 oz canned variety
- .25 whole.25 whole.25 whole Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kale, chopped
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Carrots, chopped
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cucumber, chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sriracha Mayonnaise, gluten free or preferred variety of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Onion, green, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook the white rice according to package instructions. While the rice cooks, prepare the other ingredients.
- Open the can of skipjack tuna. Using a fork, gently flake the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
- Top the bowl of rice with the flaked tuna, sliced avocado, chopped kale, chopped carrots, and chopped cucumber.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
