protein puppy chow
healthy protein puppy chow without all of the added sugar & a clean cereal option!
Ingredients
- 7 oz7 oz7 oz Unsweetened Lovebird Grain-Free Cereal, 1 box
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter, or nut butter of choice
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Be Well by Kelly)
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- to a saucepan, melt peanut butter, coconut oil, & chocolate chips over low heat.
- remove from heat, then mix in vanilla extract.
- to a large bowl, add cereal, then pour melted peanut butter & chocolate; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & let sit for 10 minutes.
- add back to bowl, then add the protein powder & optional powdered monk fruit.
- place back onto baking sheet, then let sit for 30-40 minutes.
- transfer to a bag or container & refrigerate or freeze for storing.
