Protein Smoothie
Introducing protein can be a bit scary with your baby or kids! These smoothies below are an easy way to introduce protein powder to your kids. By only mixing them with water and a fruit of choice, it allows you to see if they can stomach it!
Ingredients

- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 2
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 3
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Smoothie 4
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Apple, Gala
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Process
