Protein Smores
The most creative way to get protein and your kids diet is through this sweet treat. They think it’s like a s’mores ice cream sandwich however it’s really just a healthy protein packed snack that they will love.
Ingredients
- 6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole6 - 8 whole Graham Crackers
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 16 fl oz16 fl oz16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

- In a stand mixer, add your whipping cream and protein powder. Mix until it becomes whipped cream texture. Set aside.
- Lay out the first layer of graham crackers on a baking dish.
- Melt your chocolate. Pour on top of the graham crackers. (Optional: swirl with peanut butter). Place in the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the graham crackers, top with the whipped cream mixture. Then add the last layer of graham crackers.
- Place in the freezer to let it harden.
- Enjoy!
