Monster Cookie Energy Balls
Two of my favorite things mixed into one right here with these monster cookie energy balls. These are basically like no bake cookie dough, except they are filled with good protein and sources of carbs, and healthy fats. Monster cookies Are a great flavor because they are sweet and salty. These balls are a replica of the original monster cookie with chocolate candy, peanuts, chocolate chips, and more. I hope you enjoy these!

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a microwave safe bowl, add your coconut oil and peanut butter. Melt together and stir until combined.
- In a larger mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. There is no need to add ingredients, stir and then add them again. They can all be mixed at the same time.
- Once the dough is formed, roll into energy ball bites. You can choose whatever size you want. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional). Places in the fridge set and then enjoy!
Notes
For the m&ms, I used the Trader Joe’s version! They are healthier and have no red dye in them!
