Pumpkin Spice Candy Nuts
I’m here for all the fall flavors and these candy nuts are so good! They are warm and sweet all at the same time! Honestly they are easier to make than you would expect.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Egg Whites
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Organic Sprouted Almonds - Lark Ellen Farm
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Organic Sprouted Pecans - Lark Ellen Farm

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds - Lark Ellen Farms

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Organic Sprouted Walnuts - Lark Ellen Farm

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. In a mixing bowl add your egg whites, pumpkin pie spice and coconut sugar. Mix with whisk well. You want the mixture to start to foam a little.
- 2. Then add all your nuts to the bowl and mix well. (I find using your hands works the best here)
- 3. Place in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes before stiring the nuts around. Bake for another 20-25 minutes of until the nuts are golden brown.
- 4. Let cool completely and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute the coconut sugar for 3/4 cup of cane sugar.
