Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer
I love the flavors of fall. Pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, maple, molasses...all are warming and delicious. I also appreciate quality food and supporting my health. I created this recipe to get all the fall flavors without all the refined sugar and fillers. You can use it in hot or cold brew coffee. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, full fat
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Using a 16 oz Mason jar add all ingredients.
- Stir well using a frother or whisk.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days. You will want to shake well each time before use.
Notes
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice use: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp allspice and a dash of nutmeg.
