Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins are delicious and fluffy, bursting with flavors of fresh raspberries and rich white chocolate!
Ingredients

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate, medium bowl, whisk the egg, butter, vanilla and milk. Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Carefully fold the raspberries and white chocolate chips into the batter to combine. Scoop into muffin tin lined with muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes up clean.
