Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, any non-dairy
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Collagen, or protein powder of choice (optional)
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Ice Cubes
