Refreshing Virgin Mojito (with Alcohol Option)
Summer is drink season, which means I will be sipping on mojito's until further notice. I prefer mine as a mocktail, but you can easily add some alcohol to this recipe! It's super easy to make, requires just a handful of ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. You will fall in love with this drink recipe, and will want to be sipping these by the pool any change you can get.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Ice Cubes, to add to cocktail shaker and extra to add to your glass
- 330 ml330 ml330 ml Sparkling Water
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Mint Leaves, plus extra to garnish
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lime, juiced

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Mini Cucumber, (slice your mini cucumber vertically to garnish your glass - optional)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added, add this along with the sparkling water for a sweeter flavour
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Rum
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Simple Syrup, or any sweetener of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a cocktail shaker, add ice, sparkling water, mint leaves, and lime juice and shake gently until well combined.
- To a glass, add cucumber for garnish, ice and pour in the virgin mojito.
- Top with extra mint leaves and a cucumber slice for garnish.
