Watermelon Refresher (Edit recipe)

This mocktail is equally as delicious as it is refreshing! I love that it's hydrating, healthy and satisfying. I love having something like this to sip on during the summer. It's a great nonalcoholic option but you can also add vodka or tequila if you prefer!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add your watermelon to your glasses and muddle/mash them until there are only small pieces left.
  2. Juice 1/2 a lime into each glass.
  3. Add 3 mint leaves to each glass.
  4. Pour club soda into each glass so it's 3/4 filled, then add a couple ice cubes.
  5. Give it a little stir and enjoy!

Notes

If you choose to add liquor to this recipe, I recommend blending the watermelon, straining it and using watermelon juice so it's smoother!
