Watermelon Refresher
This mocktail is equally as delicious as it is refreshing! I love that it's hydrating, healthy and satisfying. I love having something like this to sip on during the summer. It's a great nonalcoholic option but you can also add vodka or tequila if you prefer!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Watermelon, 1in cubes or balls
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, juiced
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Mint Leaves
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Club Soda
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add your watermelon to your glasses and muddle/mash them until there are only small pieces left.
- Juice 1/2 a lime into each glass.
- Add 3 mint leaves to each glass.
- Pour club soda into each glass so it's 3/4 filled, then add a couple ice cubes.
- Give it a little stir and enjoy!
Notes
If you choose to add liquor to this recipe, I recommend blending the watermelon, straining it and using watermelon juice so it's smoother!
