Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich
Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches are so easy and delicious! The red pepper spread is one of my favorite things to put on a sandwich 😋
Ingredients
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Ciabatta, sliced in half
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Red Pepper Spread with Eggplant and Garlic - Trader Joe's
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pollo Asado Autentico - Trader Joe's
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Provolone Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup fresh Basil
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 375 for 15-20 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Spray the ciabatta with olive oil, spread red pepper spread on all pieces of bread and toast 4-5 minutes.
- Add one slice of cheese and the sliced chicken to 2 pieces of ciabatta and toast for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Lay the fresh basil over the chicken and top with the top piece of ciabatta.
