Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches are so easy and delicious! The red pepper spread is one of my favorite things to put on a sandwich 😋

  1. Toast the ciabatta to your liking.
  2. Then spread pesto on the inside of one half and red pepper on the other.
  3. Layer the sandwich with arugula, mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, pinch of flaky salt, fresh basil leaves, and prosciutto. Top with the remaining piece of ciabatta and slice in half before serving.
