these samoa protein pretzels have everything you love about the classic — gooey caramel, toasted coconut, rich chocolate — but wrapped around a crunchy grain-free fit joy pretzel, infused with further food's collagen, & LMNT's chocolate caramel electrolyte salt for that elite sweet-salty blood sugar balanced bite.
Ingredients
protein caramel
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Butter, Unsalted

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter, or nut butter of choice

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Salt Electrolyte Mix - LMNT

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Chocolate Collagen - Further Food, or vanilla collagen

- 1/2-3/4 cup1/2-3/4 cup1/2-3/4 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened, toasted & shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter & brown.
- stir in remaining “protein caramel” ingredients, except coconut flakes & mix until everything is dissolved.
- fold in toasted coconut flakes.
- to a sheet pan, add pretzel twists.
- add ~½ t of protein caramel coconut mixture to each pretzel + an extra sprinkle of chocolate caramel LMNT, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
- melt chocolate caramel chips in a bowl, then add to a small zip lock bag → cut a tiny hole in the corner → drizzle onto each pretzel.
- place in the fridge or freezer to set & enjoy!
