- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt together coconut oil and chocolate chips.
- Add a small amount to bottom of lined mini muffin tin.
- Freeze for 5 minutes.
- Combine peanut butter, collagen and almond milk. Taste & add maple syrup, if needed, for sweeten.
- Add more almond milk, as needed, to create caramel like consistency.
- Add teaspoon amount of collagen to each muffin cup.
- Cover with remaining chocolate.
- Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
- Place in fridge until firm.
