Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large mixing bowl add sweet potatoes, broccoli, oil and seasoning and stir until everything is coated evenly.
  2. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet pan.
  3. Add sliced sausages to the pan
  4. Cook in the oven at 375F for 35-40 minutes (until veggies are tender) flipping halfway through for even roasting.
  5. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
  6. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  7. Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
