Ingredients

- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Broccoli, chopped

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate
- 4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole Chicken Sausage, US Wellness Meats
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Plant Based Yogurt, or Greek
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp fresh Dill
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dried Chives
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl add sweet potatoes, broccoli, oil and seasoning and stir until everything is coated evenly.
- Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet pan.
- Add sliced sausages to the pan
- Cook in the oven at 375F for 35-40 minutes (until veggies are tender) flipping halfway through for even roasting.
- Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
