These shrimp and avocado rounds are fresh, vibrant, and perfect for sharing. Crisp slices of white baguette are topped with smashed chilli lime avocado and tender baby shrimp for a bright, zesty bite. They’re light yet satisfying — the kind of easy appetizer that looks impressive and disappears fast.

  2. Add in the lime juice, chili lime seasoning, and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Sprinkle a bit of chopped cilantro on each avocado and shrimp round and top with an additional sprinkle of chili lime seasoning. Enjoy.
