Simple Banana Breakfast Muffins
These banana bread breakfast muffins are so easy to make an absolutely delicious. They’re made with wholesome ingredients and are perfect for your toddlers breakfast. My kids loved them and even enjoyed eating them as a snack in the pool.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Almond Butter

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder

- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Mixing bowl add banana, egg, almond butter and vanilla extract. Whisk together. Then stirring the oats and baking powder. Pour into a muffin pan that either has cupcake liners or is greased.
- Place muffin pan in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can swap out the butter for any nut butter choice in this recipe.
