These banana bread breakfast muffins are so easy to make an absolutely delicious. They’re made with wholesome ingredients and are perfect for your toddlers breakfast. My kids loved them and even enjoyed eating them as a snack in the pool.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Mixing bowl add banana, egg, almond butter and vanilla extract. Whisk together. Then stirring the oats and baking powder. Pour into a muffin pan that either has cupcake liners or is greased.
  3. Place muffin pan in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
  4. Enjoy!
