Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Take one pound of chicken tenders or breasts cut into smaller pieces and dip into one egg ( make sure to mix it before dipping)
  2. Crush about half a bag of @simplemills sea salt crackers into find bits and place in a large bowl
  3. After chicken is placed into the egg wash place into the crackers coating both sides and place into the air fryer or baking sheet
  4. For the air fryer cook at 400 for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of the chicken
  5. For the oven 400 for about 15-20 minutes
