Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Take one pound of chicken tenders or breasts cut into smaller pieces and dip into one egg ( make sure to mix it before dipping)
- Crush about half a bag of @simplemills sea salt crackers into find bits and place in a large bowl
- After chicken is placed into the egg wash place into the crackers coating both sides and place into the air fryer or baking sheet
- For the air fryer cook at 400 for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of the chicken
- For the oven 400 for about 15-20 minutes
