Single Serve Candy Blast Cookie
When you want a cookie but don’t want to make a whole batch, this recipe is all you need! Perfect for this month because we will all have leftover candy to use! And you can honestly use whatever candy you want!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cane Sugar
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Beth Blends Grain Free Flour Blend (2lb bag)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Milk Chocolate (Plain) M&M's

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients in. Mix until the cookie dough forms. Add almond milk if the mix is too dry depending on the flour you use.
- Roll into a large cookie dough ball and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. I topped mine with mire m&ms just because! Enjoy!
Notes
I used the American dream candy blast peanut butter, but regular peanut butter works just fine!
