- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Bell Pepper, Red
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Bell Pepper, Green
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Unsweetened Ketchup - Primal Kitchen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Shishito Peppers, Diced
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, Plain
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- SLOPPY JOE ASSEMBLY: Add ground beef to a small skillet. Brown the beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onions. Sauté until translucent.
- Add peppers, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl add coconut aminos, coconut sugar, and ketchup. Mix well and add to the ground beef.
- Simmer on low.
- SHISHITO QUESO ASSEMBLY: In a medium sized saucepan, combine the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese.
- Whisk on low until the cream cheese is melted.
- Add the peppers and shredded cheese. Whisk together until the cheese is melted.
- Add the seasonings and whisk together until fully combined and thickened to your desired consistency.
- BOWL ASSEMBLY: Add the Sloppy Joe’s and top with queso. Serve with the bowl sides.
