Process

  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add the onion and garlic and saute until soft
  4. Crumble the block of tofu into the skillet.

  7. Add in the spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted.
