Ingredients
chicken nuggets
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts - US Wellness Meats, or chicken thighs, cut into 1” pieces

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp In a Pickle Spicy Seasoning Salt - Saltery
- 1.5-2 cups1.5-2 cups1.5-2 cups Spicy Dill Pickle Kettle Cooked Potato Chips - Siete Foods, about 3/4 of a bag

for serving
- greek yogurt ranch dressing (click for recipe), I like using the buffalo version

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- dice up chicken breasts or thighs into 1ā cubes, then place in a zip-lock bag.
- in a bowl, combine greek yogurt, dill pickle juice, & in a pickle seasoning.
- pour marinade into bag with chicken then massage in; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- preheat oven (or air-fryer) to 400.
- place chicken on a sheet pan, evenly spaced out, then bake for 12-15 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until reaches internal temperature of 165; option to switch oven to broil for last 2-3 minutes to get extra crispy.
- serve with your favorite dip - I love using a buffalo version of my greek yogurt ranch dressing!
