This dish is a classic in the Italian culture and was a staple in my Nonna & Nonno's home. Be sure to serve up my spicy Italian sausage and peppers recipe with a side of old country-styled bread. You're going to love it!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Slice sausage, onion and peppers and set aside
  2. Add oil to a saucepan and bring it to medium heat
  3. Sautée together the onion, peppers and sausage into the pan along with the seasonings
  4. Mix well and continue to sautée until sausage has a nice crisp to it
  5. Serve while topping it off with more oil and enjoy
