Spicy Salmon Sushi Hand Rolls

- 70 grams70 grams70 grams Salmon, Canned, can sub for tuna

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Mayonnaise, I use Kewpie, but any is fine
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Rice, Jasmine, cooked

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cucumber, sliced into sticks
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Carrots, sliced into sticks
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Avocado, sliced
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- To a small bowl, add the canned salmon. Add mayonnaise and sriracha, and mix until creamy and combined.
- Cut nori rolls in half and lay on a flat surface. Layer on cooked rice, salmon mixture, cucumber, carrot, and avocado. Sprinkle with Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- To roll, begin at the bottom left corner and roll the nori diagonally towards the top right, creating a cone shape. Ensure the roll is snug but not overly tight. Enjoy!
