- 222 Salmon, Canned, 6 oz. cans
- 222 Eggs, whole
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parsley, dried or, fresh chopped

- Preheat your pan or cast iron skillet. Add oil of your choice, such as avocado oil.
- Put all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
- Form even patties with slightly wet hands.
- Add patties to pan or skillet and fry on one side for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip patties and fry on second side 3 -5 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
for a gluten-free or keto version, you can use almond flour instead of the breadcrumbs feel free to add more ingredients such as chopped green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, or Dijon mustard
