Steak Marinade
About 20 years ago we were at a beach park here in Hawai’i and I smelled the most amazing BBQ. Never being afraid to talk to a stranger I went over and talked to the guy grilling. He very kindly shared his marinade recipe with me. He used shoyu (soy sauce) but I have exchanged that for coconut aminos. This is always my go to steak marinade and everyone loves it. Hope you enjoy.
