Easy Pork Chop Marinade (Edit recipe)

This Easy Pork Chop Marinade is the perfect weeknight meal! I love a meal that you can prep the night ahead of time or the morning of and have it ready to go by the time you are off work. The great thing about a marinade is that you can let it sit in the fridge overnight or just for a couple of hours. So if you are like me and forget to do it the night before you never have to worry. This Easy Pork Chop Marinade only has 7 ingredients but has SO much flavor.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together and pour into a gallon size zip-top bag along with the pork chops. You can set aside a small amount of the marinade to pour over when pork chops are finished cooking.
  2. Marinade in your refrigerator for at least an hour- preferably at least 2 hours. This will also sit well overnight!
  3. When you are ready to cook, grease your air fryer or sheet pan with your favorite cooking fat. For the air fryer, cook on 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. For the oven, cooking 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. For both the oven and the air fryer, cook until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  4. Garnish with extra marinade that you set aside and enjoy!

Notes

As I mentioned, you can marinade overnight or just a couple of hours before.// If you don’t have champagne vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar. // This marinade goes great on veggies, chicken or fish too.
