Easy, no bake, naturally colored, and wholesome strawberry sugar cookie truffles! Gluten free and with a protein boost, although your guests would never know! đź¤
Ingredients

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cashew Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Strawberry Protein Powder - Nuzest, Or vanilla
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Strawberries, Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Almond Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Vegan White Baking Chips - Pascha

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process freeze dried strawberries until fine
- Combine all the dough ingredients together until smooth
- The vanilla ghee add to the distinct sugar cookie taste here, but plain ghee or coconut oil will also work
- Fold in sprinkles if you'd like in the cookie dough as well
- Refrigerate dough for 30 min
- Roll into balls. I used a 2tbsp cookie scoop
- Dip in melted white chocolate, drip of excess, place on parchment paper, and top with natural sprinkles (go super natural brand here)
- Place in the fridge 15min until white chocolate has hardened, then enjoy!
- Store in the fridge
