Strawberry Yogurt Clusters (Edit recipe)

These are sweet & salty when you spinkle with sea salt!  I made half with plain Greek Yogurt and half with dairy free coconut yogurt.  These clusters are amazing as snack or dessert!

  1. wash and dry strawberries. Dice up in to small chunks. mix strawberries, yogurt and vanilla. Drop a tbsp of mixture on parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze them for 40 minutes. While freezing, melt chocolate in a bowl with coconut oil in 30 second increments. Stir in between. Usually only takes about 3 times at 30 seconds at the most. Let chocolate cool for 5 minutes so it does not melt clusters. lower clusters into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and freeze 5 more minutes. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

Notes

I always prefer organic but if you want chose regular.  You can use Coconut yogurt vanilla and skip vanilla extract for a dairy free option.  I used Enjoy Life Chocolate because it is dairy free too.  However, you can use your favorite chocolate brand for this too.
