These are sweet & salty when you spinkle with sea salt! I made half with plain Greek Yogurt and half with dairy free coconut yogurt. These clusters are amazing as snack or dessert!

- wash and dry strawberries. Dice up in to small chunks. mix strawberries, yogurt and vanilla. Drop a tbsp of mixture on parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze them for 40 minutes. While freezing, melt chocolate in a bowl with coconut oil in 30 second increments. Stir in between. Usually only takes about 3 times at 30 seconds at the most. Let chocolate cool for 5 minutes so it does not melt clusters. lower clusters into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and freeze 5 more minutes. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
Notes
I always prefer organic but if you want chose regular. You can use Coconut yogurt vanilla and skip vanilla extract for a dairy free option. I used Enjoy Life Chocolate because it is dairy free too. However, you can use your favorite chocolate brand for this too.
