- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt, use in place of tahini
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice, use in place of lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate, ~1/2 packet

- Water, or oil to thin
- Cotija Cheese, or queso fresco
- Cilantro, finely chopped
- Red Pepper Flakes

- Traditional Tortilla Chips - Masa, or tortilla chip of choice
